Admin Email
- Shop admin email (site admin email by default)
- allows you to specify the email address where the shop administrator will receive notifications about bookings
- If left empty → the plugin will use the default WordPress admin email address
General template settings

- Logo image - Upload a logo that will appear in all email notifications
- Header image - Upload a header image to display at the top of emails (e.g., a banner or branded graphic)

- Footer text (contacts, etc.) - Text displayed in the footer of the email. Commonly used for contact information, address, or useful links
- Credits text (copyright, etc.) - Section for copyright or legal notice (e.g., © 2026 Company)

Placeholders such as %s and %1$s in the subject and body of the email are automatically replaced with the order number or customer name depending on the context

- Subject - Email subject line shown in the customer’s inbox (e.g., Your order #123)
- Body title - Main heading inside the email. Typically, shows status, e.g., Your order has been received
- Body message - Main message to the customer. Usually includes greeting and details.
- Example: Hello, %1$s! Thank you for booking. Your order has been received.
Customer order updated

- Contains information about changes in order (new status, departure time, etc.)
Customer is waiting for availability confirmation on admin side

- Informs customer that his order is waiting for manual approval by the site administrator
Customer needs to confirm or reject changes to the booking

- Provides action buttons and requires an action from customer to confirm or reject last changes in the order
Customer order to pay

- This massage states that the order is confirmed but incomplete until payment is made. The customer is invited to follow the link to pay
Customer order rejected

- Usually contains apology and suggestion to try alternative dates/items
Customer canceled the order

- Notifies customer that his order is canceled
Admin New order

- Message to admin about new order
Admin order updated

- Message to admin about order update
Admin availability confirmation

- Provides action buttons and requires an action from administrator to confirm or reject a new order
Admin order canceled

- Message to admin about order cancellation
Customer account created

- Usually contains greetings and user login credentials
Customer password reset

- Contains information about password reset

- Font color - Defines the main font color in email
- Background color - sets the general email background color
- Titles color - Color of email titles (e.g., message or section headers)
- Links color - Color of hyperlinks in the email body
- Button default color - Default button color in emails
- Confirm button color
- Cancel button color
- Change button color
