Settings of the order confirmation page

Action buttons

• Show "Pay now" button on the confirmation page if the order has "payment expected" or "draft" status
• Show a "Reload page" button on the confirmation page if the order has "payment processing" or "payment expected" status

Status messages

• Message for status "availability confirmation" - Informs the customer that the order is received but pending confirmation. Reduces anxiety and unnecessary questions
• Message for status "not available" - Explains that selected dates/items are unavailable and suggests alternatives. Softens rejection

• Message for status "payment deferred" - Confirms the order is received, and a payment can be made later. Useful for deferred payments
• Message for status "payment expected" - Reminds that the order is confirmed but unpaid. Provides a link to complete payment

• Message for status "payment processing" - Informs that the order is confirmed, and payment is being processed
• Message for status "payment received" - Informs that payment is received and the order is confirmed
• Message for status "draft" - Indicates that the booking is just created and not confirmed or paid. Requires user action
