Getting started with BA Book Everything

Welcome to the official BA Book Everything plugin Documentation.

This guide will help you install, activate, and configure BA Book Everything plugin to create any booking or rental site based on WordPress.

Requirements​

Before installing BA Book Everything, make sure your environment meets the following requirements:

  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • PHP 8.1 or higher
  • MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+

Installation​

  1. Log in to your WordPress site dashboard, navigate to the Plugins > Add New admin menu, search for BA Book Everything and click Install Now. You can also add the plugin manually as described in the WordPress codex.
  2. Activate the BA Book Everything plugin through the Plugins admin menu
Plugin update

From time to time, we release plugin updates that maintain compatibility with WordPress core, expand plugin functionality, or contain important security updates.

Automatic updates should work smoothly, but we still recommend you back up your site.

Initial Setup​

After activation, you will find new BA Settings and BA Book Everything admin menus.

  1. Go to BA Settings menu to make main settings.
  2. Go to BA Settings → Demo content menu to setup demo content in one click
  3. Go to BA Book Everything → Search Form menu to customize search form fields
  4. Go to Appearance → Widgets menu to add booking form, search form and search filters to front-end pages

extensions

The BA Book Everything plugin is free and allows you to quickly create a booking website and start accepting bookings immediately.

Depending on your project's goals, you can also expand the plugin's functionality with paid add-ons, including:

  • BABE Payment Plugins – integrations with popular payment gateways
