Use “Team” post type to introduce hotel staff to customers. Go to “Team” > “Add Team member” menu and create posts as shown on screenshot below.

Then you can easily add “Our team” section to any page (like “About us” or front page on BA Hotel demo site) with shortcode [team title="Our team" subtitle="The head of the hotel"].
