BA Book Everything plugin includes 5-star rating system based on the WordPress Comments. It’s displayed on the admin screen on the comment editing pages and on the “All booking objects” page

Booking objects rating​

The Booking Objects page lists all bookable items (apartments, tours, services, etc.) and provides a quick overview of how each object is performing based on customer reviews.

Average Rating Overview The Rating column displays:

  • the average star rating (e.g., 4.67),
  • the total number of approved reviews (3 reviews),
  • a visual star indicator. This allows you to instantly see which objects your customers rate highly and which may need attention.

Review Count per Object

  • The comments icon shows how many reviews each object has.
  • Clicking the number takes you directly to the list of reviews for that specific booking object.

Front-end​

The booking item’s page displays all customer reviews along with their star ratings, providing visitors with transparent and authentic feedback.

Users can submit their own review and rating, which will be added to the overall score and influence the item’s average rating (after confirmation by administrator).

Rating in search results​

5-star rating can work with multiple criteria (is set through filters programmatically) and is also used to filter the search result.
