Installation
BABE Backoffice is a premium add-on for the BA Book Everything plugin. It adds management tools to the WordPress admin dashboard:
Backend bookings
Site administrators can create a booking directly from the admin dashboard — for example, to register a reservation taken by phone or e-mail.
Editing & refunding orders
In the BA Settings → Editing and refund Orders admin menu you can determine whether customers can edit/cancel their orders, and what refund and extra charge rules should be applied.
Order emails, statuses & routes
With the BABE Backoffice add-on you can manage all e-mail templates and customize how order statuses change and which e-mails they trigger.
Backoffice calendar
The add-on adds a new BA Book Everything → Backoffice Calendar sub-menu under your booking object admin menu. It shows the availability and bookings of all your booking items in a single calendar view, so the administrator can see at a glance what is booked and what is free.
iCal synchronization
The add-on can synchronize availability with external channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google Calendar, etc.) using the iCal (.ics) format. It works in two directions: export your BA bookings as an iCal feed, and import external bookings into BA Book Everything.
PDF invoices
The add-on generates a PDF invoice for each order. The invoice can be downloaded from the order page in the admin dashboard and attached to order e-mails.
Rewards and Loyalty points
The Rewards feature offers two ways to reward customers after they complete a booking:
Referral program
The referral program rewards existing customers (referrers) with loyalty points when people they invite (referrals) place an order. Each user gets a personal referral link they can share; new customers invited through that link are attributed to the referrer, and the referrer earns points once the referred customer's order is paid/completed.
